What We Do

Play & Praise St. Peter’s
Are you at a loss what to do on a Friday morning between 9.30 and 11.15?

Why not pop along to St. Peter’s for this amazing toddler group.

We sing to childrens action songs and we listen to stories, followed by playing with toys.

Refreshments are also served. This group is for pre-school children and meets in term-time only.
Look out for our Facebook page Play & Praise (St. Peter’s Wolviston)

Open the Book
In 2018 a new team was put together to take simple action filled Bible stories into Primary schools. This team continues to go from strength to strength and are involved in a number of local primary schools. If you want to know more contact the parish office and they will take some details from you and pass them on to the team leaders.

School assemblies
One of the joys of being an active parish is that there are plenty of opportunities for those with the responsibilities in the parish to be involved in the life of schools.

Assemblies are a key part in this ministry to so many schools in Billingham and the surrounding area. The themes are varied and vast and even include assemblies focusing on the UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools awards.
